Clomiden by BM is an oral pharmaceutical preparation containing Clomiphene Citrate (50mgper tablet), classified as a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM). It is primarily utilized in advanced athletic protocols as a key component of Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) to help restore natural endocrine function.

Pharmacological Action & Mechanism

  • Estrogen Antagonism at the Hypothalamus: Competitively binds to estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, blocking negative feedback and stimulating the release of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH).

  • Pituitary Stimulation: Promotes elevated secretion of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH).

  • Testicular Activation: Directs LH and FSH to stimulate the Leydig cells in the testes, reactivating endogenous testosterone synthesis following exogenous hormone suppression.

Comprehensive Administration Protocol (PCT Standard)

  • High-Dose Induction Phase: Days 1 through 14 typically utilize 100mgto 150mgdaily (2 to 3 tablets) divided into morning and evening doses to rapidly elevate serum concentrations.

  • Tapering Phase: Days 15 through 30 reduce the dosage to 50mgdaily (1 tablet) to stabilize hormone levels naturally.

  • Final Tapering Phase: Days 31 through 45 optionally reduce the dose further to 25mgdaily (half a tablet) for a gradual conclusion before complete cessation.

  • Timing: Initiated immediately after the clearance of short-ester compounds (typically 2to }3daysafter the final injection of a cycle containing substances like Mixbolin 200).
