Exe-Med by Bioniche Pharma contains 25 mg of Exemestane per tablet, acting as an irreversible, steroidal aromatase inhibitor (AI). By permanently binding to the aromatase enzyme, it blocks the conversion of androgens into estrogens, reducing circulating estrogen levels by up to 85%. In clinical settings, it treats hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer.

Bodybuilding Administration Protocol

• Purpose: Estrogen control and prevention of gynecomastia during anabolic steroid cycles, or as part of Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT).

• Dosage: 12.5 mg to 25 mg every 1 to 2 days, adjusted based on sensitive estrogen symptoms or blood serum estradiol levels.

• Note: Because Exemestane is a suicide inhibitor, it does not cause an estrogen rebound effect upon discontinuation.
