Product Description: Clomi-Med, manufactured by Bioniche Pharma, contains Clomiphene Citrate as its active pharmaceutical ingredient, typically presented in 50 mg oral tablets. Pharmacologically, it acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). By blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, it prevents negative feedback inhibition, thereby stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete increased levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). In clinical medicine, it is primarily used for female ovulatory dysfunction; however, in the context of bodybuilding and sports pharmacotherapy, it is widely utilized off-label during Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) to restore endogenous testosterone production following the cessation of exogenous anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) use.

Bodybuilding Administration Protocol (PCT):

• Week 1: 100 mg to 150 mg per day, divided into one or two doses (loading phase).

• Week 2 to Week 3: 50 mg to 100 mg per day taken orally.

• Week 4 to Week 5: 50 mg per day taken orally.

• Week 6 (Optional taper): 25 mg to 50 mg per day or every other day to finalize recovery.
